Through the contact form we collect: full name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We do not collect special category data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiries and facilitate appointment management. The legal basis is the express consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and subsequently for a maximum of 3 years to address possible legal liabilities.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing info@nouespaiveterinari.com with a copy of your ID. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

6. Data sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. We use Resend (resend.com) as our email delivery provider, acting as a data processor under a data processing agreement.

7. Security measures

The website uses HTTPS for all communications. The contact form includes Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam protection, which does not store personal data.
